DESIGN CHALLENGE
Designing a fully functional home within just 18 square meters required careful space planning and strategic zoning. The challenge was to accommodate studying, dining, storage, relaxation, and sleep while maintaining a sense of openness and visual balance.

The ground floor combines living, dining, and study functions within an open layout designed to support everyday activities while maintaining clear circulation paths.

Living Area
The living area serves as the visual centerpiece of the apartment. Warm wood textures, muted green accents, and carefully layered lighting create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a clean architectural appearance.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen and dining area were carefully planned to maximize functionality within a compact footprint. Custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a concealed laundry room allow essential daily functions to coexist seamlessly while preserving an open, uncluttered atmosphere.
Home Office
A dedicated workspace was integrated beneath the floating staircase, transforming an otherwise unused area into a highly functional home office. Custom shelving, natural daylight, and efficient storage support productive remote work without compromising the openness of the interior.
Sleeping Loft
The elevated sleeping area provides privacy while preserving valuable floor space below. Integrated storage solutions and minimalist furnishings help maintain a clutter-free environment.
Bathroom
The bathroom combines natural wood textures with black fixtures and geometric wall finishes, creating a contemporary spa-inspired atmosphere within a compact footprint.
